If your credit card machine is not printing, the problem could be the till roll is the wrong way around, the till roll is not fully inserted, you have run out of till roll or your machine has a low battery. All of these issues are really easy to fix.
Just ensure you:
-have always extra supplies of till roll;
-re-insert the till roll the other way around;
-make sure that your till roll is fully inserted;
-charge your card machine fully.
